Materials methods . experiment was performed on bull calves heifers aged 6–10 months, medium finish, 100–120 kg weight. test animals were divided into three groups: two groups one control group 15 each. Before at 7, 14 21 days with acaricides, scrapings from affected skin blood taken all for research. first treated ivermectin subcutaneously a dose 5 ml per animal, second cydectin animal. not treated. Results discussion conducted studies found decrease erythrocytes hemoglobin sarcoptoidosis, which indicated oxygen supply to body, and, consequently, organs tissues. white cell differential observed have noticeable monocytes lymphocytes.
